Typically, the Funeral Director offers a complete service to his clients. This will often include arranging for notices and subsequent acknowledgements to be displayed in the local or national newspapers.

Now, with NetMemoriam, you can offer a World-Wide Memorial service in addition to the traditional press entries. You can place a notice on NetMemoriam that will be visible for at least two weeks, accessible to anyone around the world. After the funeral, you can place an Acknowledgement that, again, will be visible for at least two weeks.

Later, you can arrange for a long-term memorial page to be created. This can be as simple as a plaque, a more complex page with a photograph and poem, or can even be a complete memorial web site in its own right with a unique web site address of its own.
